Key Responsibilities:
The role would include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner
• Answering telephone calls and handling patient queries
• Scheduling appointments and managing the patient diary
• Managing patient billing through our medical practice software
• General administration and day-to-day reception duties
• Managing orders from our online store, including processing and coordinating orders
• Assisting with stock/order management where required
• Working closely with the rest of the team and being willing to help wherever needed
