Key Responsibility Areas / Duties 

• Data Management and Reporting: Collect, validate, and maintain data from various business systems; prepare routine and ad-hoc reports; ensure data accuracy. 
• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies; support KPI monitoring and dashboard development. 
• Process Improvement and Automation: Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Stakeholder Support: Respond to reporting requests and data-related queries. 
• Governance and Compliance: Adhere to data governance, confidentiality, and reporting standards. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

• Degree or Diploma in Statistics and Mathematics, Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any data science-related qualification. 
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
