Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organise and control the development and utilisation of all zone resources, facilities and equipment.
• Manage the optimisation of adequate skilled human resources.
• Implement safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) policies, standards and procedures.
• Promote exceptional customer service

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s)

• BSc/B Eng in Engineering and passed Legal Examination of the Department of Labour

OR

• B Tech/Advanced Diploma/National Higher Diploma in Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits PLUS Government Certificate of Compliance (GCC)

Related Minimum Experience

• 7 Year’s Management of engineering resources
