Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Operate machines / equipment in accordance with safe work instructions. Adhere to safety and housekeeping as per company and OHSA requirements.
• Overall Maintenance: Repairs and maintenance to all installed capacity equipment on Site, being fixed assets and non-fixed assets including induction furnaces, mobile cranes, compressors, transformers, AC & DC drives, electrical distribution systems and mechanical systems in the form of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Standards: Ensure that all SANS 10142 standard are adhered
• Planned Maintenance: Ensure that all preventative maintenance schedules allocated are completed timeously.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Qualified Artisan with minimum three to five years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
