Job Description

• Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a Mine in Limpopo!

Responsibilities:

• Legally appointed 3.1 under the Mine Health and Safety Act, ensuring full compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
• Ensure production targets are achieved cost effectively and safely
• Leads and manages multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, development, and accountability.
• Ensures optimal equipment performance through effective maintenance planning and resource utilization.
• Drives operational excellence and continuous improvement, fostering a strong safety and compliance culture across all mining activities.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree / National Diploma in Mining Engineering
• Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
• A Valid Blasting Certificate
• 5 years working experience as a Mine Overseer and 3 years’ experience as a 2.6.1 appointment
• Valid Driver’s License Code 08
