Job description

DAILY DUTIES AND TASKS (NOT LIMITED TO):
- Routine maintenance tasks for Mintek’s bioleach piloting testwork
- Responsible for pilot equipment and reactor component maintenance
- Assistance with routine tasks on pilot-scale commercial and research projects
- Work at Mintek’s off-site demonstration plants for operation and maintenance of the plant (when required)
- Sampling and analysis of laboratory and plant samples
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BEng/BScEng in Chemical Engineering.
- Excellent Academic Record with 60% academic average.
