To qualify, you should:

• Hold a diploma or degree in graphic design/multi-media design or similar
• Possess a minimum of 3 years' hand’s-on experience in multi-media content strategy, design and creation
• Have expert level copy-writing and proofing skills in English
• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro
• Exhibit a strong understanding of all the processes and requirements for through-the-line content creation
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of brand guidelines and style manuals
• Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
• Be willing to work onsite
• Have your own vehicle and driver's licence
• Previous experience in the real estate industry will be advantageous
