    National Customer Relationship Manager

    Minimum qualification: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    Experience: 

    • At least three years of sales management experience
    • Good understanding and exposure to the higher education landscape
    • Experience and understanding of the basic education landscape

    Responsibilities:

    Implementation and adoption of Value-add strategy across all markets

    • National events
    • Feedback and suggested improvements
    • Attendance, experience and follow up

    Expansion, maintenance and development of the Segmentation Strategy (Gr 9 – 12)

    • Continual review of current schools and segments
    • Identification of new segments and markets
    • Expansion of school’s market – Generations schools etc.
    • Continual iteration of Segmentation strategy
    • Establishing new and existing partnerships

    Management

    • Budget management
    • Implementation of sales strategy - operational planning – e.g., quarterly forecasts, plans, objectives, priorities, schedules, projects
    • Operational implementation and execution monitoring – control and corrective action
    • Reporting – sales reports
    • Problem solving and decision quality, including escalations, queries and complaints
    • Resource and capacity management – deployment resources across campuses (people, equipment, assignment and re-allocation of resources between teams; workload and workflow monitoring between teams)
    • Operational efficiency – sales processes, policies and procedures (SOP’s), systems, methodologies, performance standards

    Leadership

    • Contribution to sales strategy
    • Talent acquisition and onboarding
    • Individual performance - role clarity and objectives; reviews; feedback; corrective actions
    • Succession / bench strength
    • Skill levels - training & development / coaching & mentoring
    • Culture and climate (motivation; energy; retention; support; communication and information sharing; engagement; discipline; recognition; empowered; care)
    • Change capability - resilience, flexibility, adaptability
    • Remuneration
