National Key Account Manager at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

About the Job
Our client – a Leader in Consumer Goods and Manufacturer of some of the most loved brands in South Africa is recruiting for a National Key Account Manager Manager focusing on the Retail portfolio (specifically Shoprite). They require candidates with strong Commercial experience and proven experience in managing and negotiating Trading Terms at Head Office level.

Non Negotiables:

• Degree or 3 year Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years FMCG and at least 2 years on National level 
• Proven relationships with Shoprite Nationally
• JBP (Joint Business planning)
• P&L responsibility
• Trading Terms /Contract Management

KPI's would include:

• Develop and align account plans to the overall Business Plan
• Develop sales strategy within account planning process
• Build and develop plans within the customer mix to deliver the required account volume and profit objectives
• Drive regional agents to ensure execution of activities within the different accounts
• Deliver on Customer P&L

This role requires you to be hands-on involved – lead by example in the trade.
