NetSuite Business Analyst- CPT at Optimal Growth Technologies

Role Overview

• We are seeking an Intermediate NetSuite Business Analyst to support business operations by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into effective NetSuite solutions.
• This role works closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure NetSuite is optimized to support operational and strategic objectives.
• The ideal candidate has strong NetSuite functional knowledge, solid business analysis experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for NetSuite enhancements and implementations
• Analyze current business processes and recommend system and process improvements
• Support NetSuite configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with technical teams
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of NetSuite functionality
• Maintain clear documentation including requirements, process flows, and solution designs
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to NetSuite
• Solid understanding of NetSuite modules and business processes
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments is advantageous

Qualifications

• NetSuite certification or formal NetSuite training highly advantageous
• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
