An established vehicle dealership is looking for a New Car Sales Manager in Randfontein, Westrand. 

Job Description

• Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance
• Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
• Taking a hands-on approach in supporting new vehicle sales executives to meet their targets
• Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e. g. for pricing), and ensuring these are implemented
• Engaging in active marketing and stock management
• Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff
• Working closely with the new vehicle sales team to ensure the dealership meets its pre-determined sales target

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential
• At least 5 years experience in a Management Position
• Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performance-oriented approach
• Proven track record of leading a team to exceed new vehicle sales targets
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
• Drives license
• Grade 12 or higher qualification
