Five (5) years’ experience in regulation, policies and procedures
Additional leadership experience in managing projects and change; and practical experience in developing and managing systems that significantly affect the functioning of an organisation

Key Performance Areas
Facilitate the development administration and control of new Bulk Large User, Small Scale Embedded Generation (SSEG) and Wheeling billing processes such as developing and delivering proposals or presentations on new billing processes and performing special research projects as directed
Effectively control and support the billing activities of all electricity LU, SSEG and Wheeling customers
Project and contract management including managing projects through the life cycle (maintaining and updating the project management and tender tracing systems; monitoring contractor performance against agreed terms and approving submissions on progress and costs)
Liaise with customers, consultants and other representative of the customer on service requirements
Write detailed technical reports on specialised investigations as well as project progress and finance.
