    NRG 38/24 Co-ordinator Logistics

    Requirements

    •  A relevant Btech/ B Degree.
    •  EB Driver License
    •  8 years relevant experience in the Asset Management environment focusing on Project Management/Administration, Performance Monitoring, Research and development of a Technical nature, Root Cause Analysis and Business Process Re-engineering
    •  Must have a high proficiency in the following computer applications i.e.
    •  Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets with pivot table creation and manipulation. In this context, the use of advanced excel formulas for rapid data manipulation.
    •  Microsoft Visio and Project
    •  Root cause analysis techniques.
    •  Supervisory Skills

    Key Performance Areas

    •  Applies a high level of professional knowledge and experience to develop, implement, refine and ensure compliance with the long and short term objectives of the Logistics asset strategy, policy, management and resources plan, and related activities and operations to effect service delivery to clients,
    •  Develop technical specifications for tenders and RFQs of the applicable operational assets and provide appropriate contract management inputs into tenders and RFQs. Provide specialised technical support in this regard to other operations as and when required.
    •  Monitor operating budget performance and oversee total cost management practices.
    •  Ensure compliance to all statutory regulations associated with the activities performed and equipment utilized.
    •  Leading, Co-ordinating and facilitating working groups on issues such as technical design, maintenance tactics, strategy and policy implementation.
    •  Drawing up of correspondence of a more complex and involved nature to facilitate the functioning of the Infrastructure Support Services
    •  Prepare capital and operating estimates and the control expenditure against approved budget allocations
    •  Supervises and co-ordinates the work of more junior staff and other professionals within the Infrastructure Support Services division of the Organisation in order to conduct research, and implement programs and projects, processes, policies and systems
    •  Implements and Monitors the performance of contract
    •  Evaluating and commenting on the applicability of specific key performance indicators and measures against outcomes detailed in the departments business and strategicplans.
    •  Ensuring that multiple – trade related maintenance management principles and activities are coordinated
