Minimum educational qualification: Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Nursing assistant. Registration with a professional council: Registration with the SANC as a Nurse Assistant.
Experience:
Grade 1: None Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant.
Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognisable nursing experience after registration with SANC as a Nurse Assistant. Inherent requirement of the job: Willingness to work overtime when necessary. Must be prepared to assist in all Facilities in Subdistrict according to operational needs. Ability to work under pressure.
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good communication, planning and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in the multidisciplinary team. Enhance patient care through the implementation of SOP’s, policies, and guidelines.
