AltGen South Africa is looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially aware Office Manager/Executive Assistant to become the operational backbone of our Stellenbosch head office.
This is not a traditional admin role.
This position sits at the centre of the business and works directly with the Managing Director to ensure the office, consultants and operations run efficiently day to day.
The right person will take ownership of the office environment, support leadership operationally, and help create the structure that allows the business to perform at a high level. Our ideal candidate can handle multiple moving parts.

Executive Assistant support to the MD
Diary management, scheduling and travel coordination
Managing office operations and administration

ATS updates and reporting
Supplier and facilities coordination
Ensuring internal processes and workflows run properly
