Office Manager: Office of the Municipal Manager at OR Tambo District Municipality

• Annual Salary: (R606 368,94 – R 787 122,97) excluding benefits
• \Reports to Municipal Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• B Degree in Public Administration or equivalent qualification
• Code EB driving license
• 04 years’ experience in an office administration environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the administrative services strategy, plans and objectives of the directorate
• Manage the development of policies, procedures, systems and controls within the directorate
• Formulate the administrative, reporting and record keeping requirements of the directorate
• Manage the implementation of procedures and systems associated with records management
• Formulate capital and operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved administration services budget allocations
• Manage the key performance indicators and outcomes of personnel within the directorate
• Supervise staff in the Office of the Municipal Manager
• Disseminate information and advice on the immediate, short and long-term objectives.
