Role Responsibilities:

• Project management & delivery of all projects including timeliness, quality, risk management, project financial performance and scope management aligned to the Zutari methodology;

• Financial & risk management of the Mahikeng office, ensuring project profitability and contribution to the overall business through achievement of revenue targets, and project governance and compliance;

• Responsible for Health & Safety matters in the Mahikeng office and on projects and building and maintaining a safety culture aligned to the Zutari strategy;

• Winning work and generating revenue through creating and nurturing strong client relationships and winning work through repeat work proposals, tenders and bids;

• A client value focussed leader who works tirelessly to exceed client expectations and deliver measurable value by building and nurturing client relationships aimed at client satisfaction;

• Competency development by contributing to and sharing of knowledge and leading innovative, future ready solutions through building digital capability;

• People management & inspirational leadership focussed on development and empowering future leaders and building successful teams; and

• Employment equity & transformation achievement

Minimum Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant experience;

• Post graduate qualification is preferred;

• Registration with relevant professional body;

• Strong leadership and commercial experience;

• Intellectually curious leader who is respected in relevant markets;

• Energetic, positive, authentic and engaging with a natural skill for creating and nurturing relationships;

• Results & growth orientated leader who minimises risks and maximises commercial returns, growing revenue and pipeline;

• Proactive with entrepreneurial approach and key differentiator to the business;

• Looks beyond metrics & revenue levels to evaluate the wider commercial impact of short-term decisions; and

• Demonstrates coaching behaviours to team and encourages them to implement same at all levels
