We are strengthening our market conduct capability to make sure our products, processes and decisions consistently deliver fair outcomes for our clients. This role gives us experienced, hands-on oversight in a complex regulatory environment, with immediate impact from day one.
What you’ll do
Monitor and assess how our business operates to make sure client outcomes are fair, consistent and compliant
Identify conduct risks early, evaluate controls and recommend practical improvements
Challenge processes where they fall short and help shape better ways of working.
Provide clear reporting and insight that supports confident decision-making
Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes, not just observe them
Contribute to proactive oversight activities across insurance and related financial products
What we’re looking for
5 Years as a Cat 1 Representative and Key Individual with sub categories 1, 3, 17, 18, 20,21,22
Proven experience in a regulated financial services environment, ideally within a bank, insurer or large financial services provider
Strong background in market conduct, oversight, governance or conduct risk
Full regulatory approval to operate independently, with no requirement for supervision
Broad exposure to insurance products, with depth in long-term insurance
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
A practical, operational mindset with high attention to detailRelevant tertiary qualification
