Key Performance Areas

• Conduct Healthy Lifestyle Awareness and Education sessions.
• Attract and coordinate the number of Wellness ambassadors in the division and facilitate their development.
• Monitor and Evaluate awareness programmes.
• Provide lay counselling services to employees.
• Coordinate accessibility for people with disabilities in all Generation sites.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s)

• National Diploma in Health Science / Health Information / Social Science / Industrial Psychology / Social Work at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits.

Related Minimum Experience 

• 3 years’ experience in the Health and Wellness environment.
