    Online DC Administrator - iStore Queens Cape Town

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • Administration
    • Marketing and Customer engagement
    • Operations 

    Requirements

    • Matric
    • Degree/Diploma in Administration (Advantageous)
    • 2-3 years customer service and administration
    • Background in hospitality and customer experience

    Key Success Factors

    • Be meticulous and have great attention to detail
    • Presentable in appearance
    • Demonstrate trustworthiness within a customer service  environment
    • Have the ability to analyse a situation and respond accordingly with a solution
    • Uphold all iStore values and behaviours 
    • Accommodate flexible working hours
    • Ensure that every customer interaction is closed off
    • Display excellent time management skills
    • Ensure good understanding of all iStore / Online systems and processes 
    • Good ability to problem solve, be creative
    • Willingness and desire to help
    • Make it personal but don’t take it personally
    • Play a supportive role to teams
    • Read and understand all relevant work instructions
