• We are looking for an Online NCLEX Tutor to provide our nurses with live and recorded training.

Duties:

• The Online NCLEX Tutor responsibilities will be to prepare NCLEX live and recorded video tutorials for our Nurses preparing for the NCLEX-RN examination

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and educating video tutorials.
• Assisting with the development of tutorial content 
• Tutor students in nursing content as needed 
• Facilitate students' understanding of course objectives and clarification of key content 
• Review/reinforce test-taking strategies in preparation for Nclex-RN exam 
• Demonstrate accountability in meeting position responsibilities and provide service excellence to students 
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Perform other tasks as requested 

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Post basic diploma in Nursing or Masters in Nursing
• NCLEX/CBT Pass is an added advantage 
• +4 Years work experience 
• Microsoft Office and Google applications proficiency 
• Able to effectively communicate with staff at different levels and work in a team 
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Sales force, Zoho CRM or Hub Spot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) 
• Able to work very well under pressure without supervision and efficiently meet deadlines and highly organised 
• High degree of professionalism 
• Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent oral communicator and not camera shy
