Operational Manager(AN 52) at Werkie

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

• Plan and coordinate daily production of products.
• Ensure orders are manufactured and completed on time.
• Supervise factory staff and workflows.
• Ensure products meet the required quality standards.

Order & Project Coordination:

• Monitor client and dealer orders from placement to delivery.
• Ensure communication between sales, factory, and installation teams.
• Prioritize production based on urgency and client needs.
• Handle client complaints.
• Give guidance to production.

Inventory Management:

• Manage sales and delivery performance
• Oversee steel, components, burners, glass, and other material stocks.
• Ensure sufficient stock for production.
• Identify and report shortages on time.

Logistics & Deliveries:

• Organize deliveries to clients and dealers.
• Ensure products are safely and professionally delivered.

Factory Cleanliness & Organization:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized factory and work areas.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored.
• Foster a professional and safe working environment.

Process & System Improvement:

• Manage and optimize the production proscess'
• Help improve workflows and make production more efficient.
• Ensure that work structures and procedures are followed.
• Report issues and propose solutions to improve business operations.
• Implement systems en procedures for effektive management of the operational team.
• Coordinate with other department heads

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric
• BCom in Business Management or a Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport

Experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in operations management or similar positions.
• Proven experience in production management, inventory control, and client relationships.
• Experience in Management of Subcontractors and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of system impelementation and process optimilisation.
