    Operations Property Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Property & Operations Management

    • Manage the assigned real estate portfolio in line with SRE standards, processes, and approved budgets.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Company Management, internal customers and Landlords.
    • Support space planning and optimization initiatives.

    Facility & Technical Asset Management

    • Oversee facility management services and technical assets.
    • Maintain oversight of building systems and ensure reliability.

    Vendor & Service Provider Management

    • Support the evaluation, selection, and steering of outsourced service providers.
    • Manage suppliers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.

    Project & Implementation Support

    • Support and implement regional and global SRE projects and initiatives.
    • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects in line with scope, quality, budget, and timelines.

    Financial & Commercial Management

    • Support property forecasting, budgeting, and cost control activities.
    • Contribute to OPEX planning and settlement in collaboration with commercial property management.

    Maintenance & Compliance

    • Develop and manage preventive and long term maintenance plans.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical standards, and policies.

    EHS, Sustainability & Decarbonization

    • Promote a strong Zero Harm culture and ensure compliance with EHS and security requirements.
    • Support sustainability and decarbonization targets.

    Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment

    • Provide regular operational, financial, and performance reporting.
    • Collaborate closely with regional and global SRE teams.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
    • 3-5 years' experience in property or technical management.
    • Good knowledge of building systems, local regulations, and EHS requirements.

    Skills and Attributes

    • Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
    • Knowledge of EHS legal compliance, sustainability, and energy management.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability in stakeholder management, budgeting, and service provider oversight.
    • Fluency in English and proficiency in South African languages is an advantage.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
