About the role:
As part of this team you will partake in initiatives that have direct impact on millions of rides happening on the platform every single week.
You will put into practice the work we do to move the world a few steps forward to make a better journey for our customer and community. From Day 1. Operations team members are hands-on, collaborating with teams across the company to derive success.
Develop a deep understanding of our rider and driver base, products, services and programs, and drive the growth from supply and demand, with multiple channel and tools.
Contribute to the development of our customer strategy, new products and services.
Develop the experimentation and implementation plan for new launches/ roll-outs or continuous engage with drivers and riders.
Work with cross-functional partners and global teams to manage projects see through the execution of business priorities.
Increasing rider/driver acquisition and engagement
Enhance service quality, compliance and safety
Optimise existing policies and processes to generate growth and minimise risk.
2-3 years’ experience in ride sharing, food delivery, strategy consulting or other professional services with a proven track record in using data to drive business decisions
Strong sense and knowledge of growth, including acquisition, retention, engagement with different channels including: paid performance, EDM, CRM and coupons etc.
Demonstrable ability to organise, plan and prioritise assignments within multiple projects
Experience dealing with complex data sets to derive insights that drive solutions
Distinctive problem-solving - ability informed by data-driven insights and solutions
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
