Gain an in-depth understanding of functionalities and standards of 2G (GSM) / 3G (UMTS) / 4G (LTE) / 5G Mobile Technologies
Integrate and commission Open RAN elements (O-RU, O-DU, O-CU) involving RAN and Core network platforms and transport networks in customer projects
Able to verify conformance, and performance of all main components of the disaggregated architecture
Able to troubleshoot issues regarding multi-vendor interoperability, manageability, optimization, and end-to-end performance
Undertake performance improvement (KPIs) and perform design activities
Undertake system configuration, operational and engineering activities
Optimise integration procedures, and rollback procedures and assist with creating MOPS for the elements and services
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study
Experience in network/radio design, performance, optimization, planning
Experience in network/radio management and L2/L3 support, debugging / troubleshooting of bugs
Experience with system/radio integration of HW and SW components
Experience in different cloud deployments (private, public, and hybrid, DOCKER, K8) and basic IP networking experience
Experience in Fronthaul integration and different OpenRAN deployment scenarios
Experience in Radio Technology Roadmap Management (Requirements, planning, business case)
