Order Fulfillment Coordinator at adidas Group

• Manage the inbound priorities and activities to ensure OTIF and OTA targets
• Order book management and reporting on orders at risk of late arrival.
• Co-ordinate and create actions plans with 3PL to ensure orders arrive on time and in full.
• Prioritisation and tracking of container schedule
• Monitor and publish daily Delivery Note Repot to ensure pick and packing lead times are within SLA.
• Publish the Progress Tracker to the business
• Facilitate and coordinate the Issue Tracker to ensure we tracking and resolving supply issues with the 3PL
• Monitor and update Launch Tracker
• Coordination for article drop cleanse, order book cleanse and communication to all responsible parties.
• Customer service support with information for order- and delivery handling
• Update and monitor Delivery and Allocation exclusion lists for blocked articles.
• Update Allocation and Delivery Batch run windows
• Create and maintain article catalogues for current and future seasons.
• Mange grid-log issues relating to master data.
• Coordinator and Key User for reports and analysis

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Product, order and stock-related system monitoring
• Coordination between Logistics, Planning, Sales dept. and Warehouse
• Improvement of the information flow between all involved depts. to increase the service level
• Master data on time in full season prep

Educational & Professional background

• Secondary school and further education in supply chain management
• In depth knowledge of supply chain, understanding the mechanics of the flow of goods from sourcing to customer. Both physical and system flows
• Several years working experience in the supply chain environment; preferably in sport goods industry
• Process thinking, strong analytical skills and good communicator
• Strong leader in combination with team approach
