    Order Management Lead

    In this role you will…

    • Monitor order-processing to ensure the timely and correct processing of orders and invoices.
    • Liaise between Customers (Backdoor and Planning), Logistics Service provider(s), Finance Teams, Sales, and Internal Supply Chain Teams to ensure Supply Chain Metrics such as OTIF, Delivery, Invoice Accuracy, and others are met.
    • Effectively manage service issues, and ensure customers are aware of Haleon shortages and re-supply dates. Agree actions with stakeholders to manage potential supply issues, optimizing available stock.
    • Awareness of promotional volumes, buy-in phasing, and order dates. Work towards aligning Haleon and Customer promotional forecasts.
    • Implement Customer Collaboration initiatives with customers.
    • Manage the business by balancing service and cost-to-serve initiatives by driving efficiency projects with customers.
    • Proactively establish and implement countermeasures to negative trends.
    • Direct and develop effective and efficient work systems, processes, procedures, and performance measurements in order to keep pace with changes in business demands, technologies, and customer expectations.
    • Understands and abides by Haleon policies and procedures and conducts Management Monitoring.
    • Uses our values and expectations to drive actions and decisions. Role models values and expectations.
    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly standard and ad-hoc reporting to be developed & maintained and distributed timeously to correct internal and external audiences.
    • Function as relief for other Customer Service Roles when required.

    Basic Qualifications/Skills:               

    • SAP R/3 in OTC Workstream is mandatory, in the Customer Service Function.
    • At least 5 years proven experience in a Customer Service Environment.
    • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are a necessity for this role.
    • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Good understanding of business environment and ability to solve Supply Chain issues with stakeholders.
    • Experience in Supply Chain operations in an FMCG/FMCH environment is preferred.
    • Proactive initiative-taker who works with minimal supervision and comfortable with delegated responsibility.
    • Ability to manage multiple business priorities simultaneously.
    • PC Literacy, Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel, preferably at an advanced level.

    Preferred Qualifications/Skills:  

    • Tertiary or Customer Service/Logistics/Supply Chain Qualification (NQF level 6 minimum) would be an advantage.
