    Order Process Lead

    Key Responsibilities -

    • Monitors the status of all orders on a daily basis to ensure their timely shipment and delivery
    • Regularly engages with internal and external counterparts formally and/or informally to discuss issues related but not limited to logistical efficiencies, supply vs demand risks, public holiday management, stock take planning, month end management, pricing disputes, etc.
    • Liaises with the Customer Development team and Field sales regarding all Sales and Customer related issues.
    • Maintain the company target for service level of 98% case fill consistently across all customers through global blocks. Review the case fill to drive an understanding of any deviations and putting remedial actions in place to rectify the deviations, where relevant
    • Monitor the order process and proactively assist where necessary by providing expertise in all areas of order management including system knowledge.
    • Resolve issues, provide advice and proactively manage queries both internally and externally.
    • Identify and lead initiatives and implement improvements in service level processes not only within the Customer Services team but also cross functionally.
    • Ensure strong relationships are built and maintained internally and externally
    • Develop and manage customer services department contingency plans in relation to all relevant areas of possible crisis e.g. system failure, absenteeism, etc.
    • Monitoring of inbound activity to maximize order Case Fill
    • Makes proposals and leads system integration projects aimed at optimizing order processing processes, electronic document management and improving the level of service.
    • Drives the timeliness and accuracy of order processing,
    • Ensures compliance with order fulfillment targets by coordinating order delivery activities with the relevant departments of the Company.
    • Ensures timeliness Carries out returns or adjustments of customer orders approved by the relevant departments
    • Handles customer queries in accordance with the company's internal customer service procedures on a daily basis.
    • Is responsible to provide assistance and support in training new O2I team members on technical and administrative aspects related to their role.
    • Ensures the establishment and maintenance of departmental SOPs
    • Responsible for ensuring that key reports are shared in a timely manner i.e. Daily cuts, cuts reclassification
    • Responsible for the maintenance of key SAP processes i.e. material determinations, BD87 error resolution
    • Drives the transformation agenda of the O2I department

    Required Qualifications And Experience -

    • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Commerce
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain role
    • System knowledge - SAP and BI, Google package (google sheets/ docs / slides), Excel
