    Accountant – Accounts Payable

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing efficient accounts payable processes and procedures to ensure timeous and accurate payments.
    • Overseeing the processing of invoices and payment requests in adherence to policies and guidelines.
    • Providing recommendations for financial improvements and cost-saving opportunities based on accounts payable data analysis.
    • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounts payable data for financial reporting and audit purposes.
    • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and timely payments.
    • Addressing and resolving any issues or disputes related to supplier payments or services promptly and effectively.
    • Acting as a liaison between the accounts payable team and other departments to ensure alignment with Company goals and objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Relevant Degree in Finance.

    • Minimum 75% completion of the Graduate Trainee Program OR minimum 2 years’ experience at C-Upper Level.

    Commercial Superintendent

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to deliver commercial outcomes.
    • Ensuring effective contracts administration to minimise cost and time over runs including risk mitigation.
    • Coordinating Tender, Tender Evaluation, Clarification, Negotiation, Adjudication & Recommendation processes.
    • Supporting operational continuous improvement and business optimisation initiatives.

    Data Quality Specialist - Witbank

    Key Responsibilities

    • Codifying and maintaining accurate material/vendor master data quality in the ERP System.
    • Analysing, reporting and advising on adherence and compliance to codification standards and rules as per data governance.
    • Assisting with optimizing codification policies and procedures in conjunction with operational units in order to optimize the pricing strategy.
    • Liaising with suppliers and business on coded data and providing coaching to business on coding practices.
    • Performing data quality assessments regularly and correcting all data quality errors with system tools.

     Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • N6 Certificate with engineering subjects and valid Trade Certificate and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Engineering Supervisor;

    OR

    • Relevant degree and completion of the Graduate Development Programme; or 2 Years’ experience in data management and quality standards or at a Planned Maintenance Coordinator level.
    • Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP/COUPA) data management experience.
    • Supply Chain Principles and International Coding Standards knowledge and experience will be advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervising and managing maintenance, breakdowns and repairs on machines and equipment.
    • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
    • Ensuring that production targets are met safely and cost effectively.

    Senior Internal Auditor

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading and delivering audit engagements.
    • Coordinate audit planning activities including defining priorities, scope areas, budgets, resource allocation and interactions with stakeholders. 
    • Prepare detailed audit work programmes considering relevant internal standards and accepted industry practices. 
    • Identify control gaps, determine root causes, and support the business in developing appropriate mitigating actions plans. Prepare audit reports and communicate results with relevant management. 
    • Monitoring and review of finding and management action closure.
    • Undertake ad-hoc special reviews as required.
    • Build key stakeholder relationships and develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.

    The ideal candidate:

    Qualification:

    • University degree in areas of study such as (not limited to) Business, Finance, Organizational Behaviour, HSEC/ESG, Engineering, or equivalent.
    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CA, CPA or CISA (Advantageous)

    Experience:

    • Has at least 5 years of working experience in internal or external audit in an international environment, preferably in the mining or similar.
    • Is operationally excellent with a hands-on approach, producing high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
    • Familiar with the mining/extractives industry and key risks.
    • Has excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Russian would be advantageous but not required.
    • Is flexible to work in a global team across various time zones.
