Codifying and maintaining accurate material/vendor master data quality in the ERP System.
Analysing, reporting and advising on adherence and compliance to codification standards and rules as per data governance.
Assisting with optimizing codification policies and procedures in conjunction with operational units in order to optimize the pricing strategy.
Liaising with suppliers and business on coded data and providing coaching to business on coding practices.
Performing data quality assessments regularly and correcting all data quality errors with system tools.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
N6 Certificate with engineering subjects and valid Trade Certificate and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Engineering Supervisor;
OR
Relevant degree and completion of the Graduate Development Programme; or 2 Years’ experience in data management and quality standards or at a Planned Maintenance Coordinator level.
Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP/COUPA) data management experience.
Supply Chain Principles and International Coding Standards knowledge and experience will be advantageous.
