Organisational Development Officer at Gauteng Department of Sports Arts Culture and Recreation

Requirements :

• The successful candidate should have Grade 12 Certificate plus a National Diploma / Degree (NQF level 6/7 in Management Services / Operations Management / Industrial Psychology / Production Management.
• Job Evaluation Certificate from National School of Government will be an added advantage. A minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in OD environment. Valid driver’s license. No criminal records.

Duties :

• Render the development, review, alignment, and implementation of Organisational structure in line with the DPSA Organisational Design Guideline and directives. Conduct work study investigation reports and make recommendations.
• Coordinate and facilitate Staff Establishment reports. Provide input on structural and establishment changes. Conduct change management function in the department. Conduct work study investigation.
• Monitor the implementation of approved departmental Human Resource Delegations. Coordinate and implement the job evaluation function. Coordinate job description function. Facilitate and coordinate the review of business process mapping.
