Job Description
Associate role is to provide communications solutions to customers by marketing and matching products and services to customer needs thereby generating revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
This role requires enthusiastic telesales representative to contribute revenue generation through cold calling sales for our client by meeting set KPI’s.
Associates are responsible for closing sales deals telephonically and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Be comfortable presenting products or services telephonically as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help our client grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
