    Packaging Supervisor

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric with Mathematics (essential)
    • 5 years’ experience in FMCG/pharmaceutical/cosmetics production
    • Supervisory training (advantageous)
    • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SYSPRO or similar ERP
    • Strong understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and lead the packing and filling team
    • Plan daily output based on weekly production targets
    • Monitor WIP, equipment, and stock for dispatch readiness
    • Maintain and verify packing/filling records and reconciliation
    • Investigate deviations and enforce corrective measures
    • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals
    • Uphold health and safety and company compliance standards
