    Paid Media Manager

    Position summary:

    • As a paid media specialist you will be responsible for various activities across the paid marketing space including:
    • Assist in planning and setting up successful paid campaigns on Google Ads and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc)
    • Assist in regular management and optimisation for paid campaigns
    • Work collaboratively with the inbound and design teams to execute any design requirements for ad creative
    • Work collaboratively with the inbound team to set up and optimise landing pages
    • Ensure tagging is set up correctly for any pixels, remarketing tags, ecommerce tracking and more complex setups where required
    • Reviewing reports and preparing insights and recommendations

    Requirements:

    • Industry related certifications, degree or diploma
    • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant industry related experience within an agency space
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Excellent research skills
    • Analytical thinker
    • Good project management skills
    • Highly motivated
    • Google Ads Certification
    • Facebook Blueprint Certification

    Technical skills:

    • Knowledge of Web analytics and tag deployment (Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager)
    • Paid campaigns for Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc)
    • Experience working with various platforms’ Ad Managers
    • Keyword research
    • Ad writing skills
    • Experience with various Marketing Research tools
    • Experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets

    Advantageous:

    • SEO knowledge
    • Email marketing knowledge
    • Content marketing knowledge
