    Paralegal - JHB

    Requirements:

    This is a Contract position.

    • Strong English proficiency is a must
    • Paralegal or Legal tertiary qualification
    • Minimum 5 years recent legal secretarial / paralegal experience at a law firm, a must
    • Commercial & Corporate Law and contracts & agreements experience
    • Dictaphone typing experience with strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
    • Start as soon as possible

    Duties :

    • Typing of Commercial & Corporate Law matters, contracts and agreements etc
    • Dictaphone typing
    • Compiling invoicing, client liaison, & compiling statements
    • General Personal Assistant duties to the Director (diary management, etc.)
    • General legal administrative and secretarial duties
