• Personal counselling and therapy
• Career counselling
• Psychometric assessments
• Academic coaching and Study skills
• Teaching the Life Skills module
• Other SDS services

JOB SPECIFICATION/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Academic qualifications

• A relevant Master’s Degree (NQF L9) in the field of Psychology.

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in rendering psychological services in higher education.

Professional registration

• Registration as a psychologist (educational or counselling) with the HPCSA.

• Counselling portfolios related to psychological support focus areas: Professional knowledge of skills development and support functions: human behavior: counselling (individual, group), psycho-education.
