We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping others improve their communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting evaluations to assess patients' speech and language abilities
Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, to coordinate patient care
Monitoring and documenting patient progress
Providing education and resources to patients and their families
Participating in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay current on best practices in speech therapy
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current license to practice as a Speech Therapist
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
