    Partner Sales Executive - Emerging Commercial segment

    About The Job

    • The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Partner Sales Executive based in Johanessburg to join the EMEA Emerging and Digital Sales Commercial team. In this role, you will be expected to expand Red Hat’s presence and adoption of our cloud and on premise technologies across your territory together with your virtual team and partners. The Partner Sales Executive drives customer value by leading pipeline development and velocity for co-sell partners, and by proliferating great partner solutions across customers locally. As a Partner Sales Executive, you'll need to have experience with the ecosystem of partners serving commercial accounts and a background in selling cloud solutions.

    What You Will Do

    • Accountable to develop and drive strategy for new clients acquisition
    • Accountable to drive customer innovation, technology adoption, and joint solution selling with Red Hat partner ecosystem
    • Drive partner solution selling and business development through local partner ecosystem (Distribution and solution partners) engagements
    • Qualifying and landing inbound partner co-sell opportunities with Digital Sales team
    • Connecting resources and programs to support partner co-sell pipeline velocity and alleviating any friction points
    • Create and drive connections between Red Hat sellers and partners, and partner to partner, to deliver solutions to end customers
    • Facilitate match-making within the partner ecosystem to drive opportunities and customer success
    • Identify and integrate partners into account territory plans

    What You Will Bring

    • 5+ years of experience working in a solutions sales role
    • Sales experience and background in partner management and consultative customer engagement with partners focused on Application Development and Application modernization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present to executives at large companies.
    • Ability to sell solutions in a multiproduct environment
