    Floor Customer Advisor - Welkom

    The main responsibilities of the role include: 

    • Gaining a complete understanding of our entire product offering.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Understanding customer needs and connecting them to the right solutions.
    • Ensure all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
    • Assist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders.
    • Following up efficiently and effectively with customers on everything related to their outstanding orders and quotations.
    • Processing of customer payments at Point of Sale and taking accountability for cash desk when required.
    • Available to work on weekends when required.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Experience in a similar role focused on looking after customers.
    • Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English.

    Account Coordinator - Durban

    The main responsibilities of the role include:

    • Work closely with the CWS Leader to support and ensure that each of our CWS Customers receive the ultimate Jonsson Workwear experience.
    • Management and analysis of sales as well as maintaining relationships with specific CWS customer accounts.
    • Maintain strategic customer awareness through a detailed understanding of the customer, their needs and requirements; being pro-active in pre-empting customer requests.
    • Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Product and Brand Communications teams to ensure that each customer is looked after brilliantly.
    • Work on stock tracking systems, as well as product lifecycle management tools, to ensure stock levels are maintained.
    • Track, manage, cost and sign-off of all new product developments.
    • Communicate new launches, product innovation and promotions to customers through collaboration with the Brand Communications team.
    • Track budgets, launches, annual rollouts and sales to ensure continuous customer supply demands are met.
    • Track daily sales schedule.
    • Preparation of meeting packs prior to monthly customer interactions.
    • Asking the how and why; generating logical ways to improve the forecasting / demand planning processes.

    The qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

    • Experience in an account management related role.
    • Clothing or textiles sector experience advantageous.
    • An understanding of supply chain management advantageous.
    • Highly computer literate in MS Office with advanced Excel skills essential.
    • Experience with Syspro/PowerBI, or similar ERP, and Product Lifecycle Management tool advantageous.
    • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
    • Valid passport (or must be obtained if appointed).

    Customer Support - Somerset West

    The main responsibilities of the role include:

    • Gaining a complete understanding of our entire product offering.
    • Understanding customer needs and connecting them to the right solutions.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Engaging directly with customers around any queries and concerns as well as taking incoming customer calls.
    • Assist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders.
    • Ensuring all new orders are captured as efficiently as possible, managing the flow of orders, and liaising with the External Advisors as and when needed.
    • Ensure all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
    • Processing of customer payments at Point of Sale and taking accountability for cash desk when required.
    • Available to work on weekends when required.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Experience in a similar role focused on looking after customers.
    • Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel (spreadsheets), Word, Outlook; preferably also Syspro.
