Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Manage and develop a team to achieve departmental targets
• Control stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and proactive business development
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and OEM requirements
• Analyse reports, forecast demand, and manage budgets effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager within the automotive industry (franchise dealership experience essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Excellent knowledge of parts operations, stock management, and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s licence
