    Parts Wholesale Marketing Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, & develop effective strategies to expand market share and revenue. 
    • Develop and identify target customer segmentation strategies.
    • Campaign planning to reach target audiences. This includes setting campaign goals, budgeting, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Design, implement, and manage incentive programs for both dealers and trade club customers to drive sales and engagement.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth & new customer acquisition. Prepare regular monthly reports summarizing performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement. 
    • Assist in the management of the marketing budget, to achieve objectives.
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of wholesale campaigns. 
    • Identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI. 
    • Prepare regular reports for management on key marketing metrics and performance.
    • Review and update sales forecasts based on market analysis, customer trends, and sales data. 
    • Continuously monitor competitor activities and strategies to identify opportunities and threats. 
    • Work closely with the Trade Sales team and Zone Managers to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals  and setup periodic review discussions.
    • Implement competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market and collaborate with Pricing Team.
    • Monitor commodity price fluctuations and the impact on product costs
    • Develop and distribute marketing materials, bulletins, and other communications to dealers and trade club customers to promote new products, services, and incentive programs.

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES (KSA)

    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of automotive and aftermarket business and parts sales in a dealership environment.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to do detailed root-cause analysis.
    • Work independently and take own initiative.
    • Knowledge on various IT systems & processes on data gathering.
    • Strong analytical skills (Using MS Excel, Alteryx, Qlikview,)
    • Excellent presentation skills (MS PowerPoint) / Storyboard narration etc
    • Awareness of new reporting and analytical tools.
    • Exposure and knowledge on OEM / Dealer operations.
    • Data interpretation and capability in making working level actions.
    • Have a can do, find a way attitude and a strong emotional resilience.
    • Relationship building – to connect with key business partners  and establish collaborative partnerships.
    • Communication skills and report writing.
    • Team leading Skills.
    • Planning and Organizing Skills.
    • Computer Skills. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

    QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the automotive parts industry.
    • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). CRM software experience (e.g., Dealer View & UDB) is highly desirable.
    • Occasional travel across the dealer network, Ford B2B customers will be required, therefore a valid driver’s license is necessary
