Payroll Clerk - Westville ( Durban) at Fidelity Services Group

• A vacancy exists for a Payroll Clerk stationed at our Westville Branch The position will report to the Payroll Supervisor.  The aim of a payroll clerk is to ensure that payroll input to Head Office is accurate at all times, to facilitate all Payroll reporting and to conduct administrative tasks in Payroll.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric, post matric qualification an added advantage.
• 2 years' experience within payroll.
• Previous experience with SAP essential.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Data capturing.
• Must be a team player and willing to work extended hours.

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

• To update all time-recording documents.
• To collate all earnings and deductions information.
• To check payslips versus input.
• To compile monthly reports and statistics from payroll.
• Ensure that all staff are appointed to the Provident Fund.
• Assist staff with pay queries.
• Knowledge of UIF procedures.
