Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify trends within the operational areas and present them in a clear, actionable format.
• Translate complex data analytics and insights into business-relevant recommendations that will drive conversions and overall growth.
• Analyse, interpret, and consolidate data from multiple data visualisations to provide a holistic view of performance.
• Analyze the full customer journey, from Marketing to Sales to Operations, to provide comprehensive insights into overall performance and identify opportunities for optimization at each stage of the funnel.
• Deliver performance history and actionable insights to business leaders through weekly and monthly presentations.
• Work on investigations and in-depth analysis for senior management to inform strategic direction.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and business alignment.

Desired Background

• Practical experience in problem solving and delivering insights
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics
• 1-2 years of experience in SQL
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
• Knowledge of various analytical tools
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Experience with data visualisation tools
• Must be a confident and clear communicator, able to present complex insights effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on identifying breaks in dashboards and data flows.
