    Performance Marketing Lead - Claremont

    Job description

    Your Duties and Responsibilities...

    • This role will take ownership of Virgin Active’s presence and performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic display and SEO. You will be required to fully manage campaigns on all self-service channels like Meta, Google and TikTok, and guide strategy with our partners in areas like programmatic display and SEO.
    • Effectively managing the digital marketing budget, in line with the business marketing goals. This includes contribution to creating and monitoring and improving on these KPIs.
    • Hands on daily management of all paid media campaigns.
    • Collaborating with our sales and product teams to ensure our digital marketing strategy is aligned to their goals. This ranges from performance marketing KPIs for leads and sales, through to product related campaigns aimed at reducing member churn.
    • Budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring of all channels under management, as well as assisting fellow colleagues with insights, strategic input and recommendations where required.
    • Managing an effective testing framework to be used as platform to launch and measure campaign experiments.
    • Analysing and calculating end-to-end lead to sale metrics, like customer acquisition costs and customer lifetime value.
    • Continuously leveraging 1st party data to better execute digital marketing campaigns.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and channels, and providing thought leadership in this field of expertise.

    Minimum requirements

    We can't live without...

    • 5 years of digital performance marketing experience
    • Strong campaign management skill
    • Hands on experience in Meta and Google Ads
    • Analytical decision making
    • Solid team work and proactive communication
    • Experience working in some of the following utilities or their competitors: Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager), Hubspot, Wordpress,Firebase
