    Performance & Reporting Specialist

    • Lead Performance Management process for all manufacturing plants and distribution centres, from tracking, to reporting, and planning AOP. Identify gaps and work with recipients to develop and execute corrective action plans.
    • Lead roll-out of Best Practices and Tools - Manufacturing & Warehousing and Zero Based KPIs - to all new sites, training receptors, and ensuring timely reporting of KPIs.
    • Conduct training and ensure all existing sites are cross-calibrated, tracking all metrics and reporting timely on Measure-Up.
    • Facilitate roll-out of Measure-Up to all sites, and drive upgrades to meet field requirements.
    • Develop and share Sector and Region Performance scorecards, action plans, etc… and drive development of tools to support improvement in key opportunity areas.
    • Ensure Governance and control of all Sector Performance team standards and reports and cascade Change Management down to divisional level
    • Devise and implement programs to gather and automate information from the field (Automated Scorecards, Dashboards, cloud based data storage)
    • Analyze trends and insights in order to improve performance in cost, quality, delivery and capability
    • Provide support to field productivity teams for analyses
    • Creation of P&P monthly Scorecard and communication to the P&P teams and VPs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • Models PepsiCo values
    • Solid understanding and knowledge of Productivity, reporting and Powersteering systems.
    • Strong analytical skills with Excel & Databases
    • Disruptive thinking skills (Innovate and identify new trends)
    • Technical knowledge of field operations and KPIs levers

    Experience

    • of front line operations (2-3 years minimum), frontline management experience preferred.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills; fluent English is a must.
    • Has demonstrated ability to influence up, down and laterally within the organization.
    • Results oriented.
    • Is able to travel as required.
