Performance & Succession Enablement Specialist at Sun International

Job Description

• To enable effective organisational performance and leadership continuity by implementing and continuously improving performance management and succession planning frameworks, processes, and talent review practices.
• This role partners with business leaders and PBE Partners to provide data-driven talent insights, support succession readiness, and ensure consistent talent decisions that strengthen organisational capability and future leadership pipelines.

Core behavioural & Technical / proficiency competencies:

• Strong knowledge of performance management and succession planning, including framework design, governance, calibration and continuous improvement
• Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyse trends and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise leaders effectively
• Demonstrates problem-solving and innovation, identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field [Required]
• Certification in Talent Management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR, ATD CPLP) [Preferred]
