Personal Assistant at Curro Holdings Ltd

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• Relevant qualification and/or suitable experience in administration, executive assistance, office management or a related field.​
• Previous experience in a similar PA, executive assistant or senior administrative role.​
• Experience in, and excellent knowledge of, the higher education or school environment will be advantageous.​
• Demonstrated client service orientation and knowledge of client service principles.​
• Strong administrative and IT skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital filing systems.​
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with additional languages being an advantage.​
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.​
• Professional personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.​
• Highly self-motivated, reliable and able to work under pressure with good stress tolerance and discretion.​
• Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.​
• A clear criminal record is essential.
