Personal Assistant / Stock Control / Invoicing Clerk at SydSen Recruit

Responsibilities

• Manage diaries, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
• Assist with stock control, stock counts, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Handle general office administration and ad hoc management requests.
• Assist with vehicle, parts, or workshop-related administration where required.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role.
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
• Automotive industry experience is a must.
• Proven stock control and invoicing experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Valid driver’s licence.
