FEM is looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support and general assistance to the Chief Executive Officer.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating office activities and perform secretarial assignments for the CEO in support of the on-going operations of the office.
The position requires an incumbent that has experience in minute taking and knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages e.g. E-mail (Outlook), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is mandatory.
The minimum requirements of the position are a Secretarial certificate or diploma with 2 to 3 years’ related experience as an Assistant to an Executive.
