Personnel Officer: HR Operations at The Department of Employment and Labour

REQUIREMENTS :   

• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate. A three-year qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management and Certificate in introduction to PERSAL system will be added as advantage.
• Knowledge: Human Resource Management Methodology, Principles and Strategies. Digital Acumen/ Relevant HRM systems/Learning Systems/Performance Systems etc. Del and Compensation Fund business strategies and goals. Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles). (MS Office package). DPSA guidelines on COIDA). PAJA. COIDA Act, Regulations and Policies. Legislative Requirements: Public Service Regulations. Public service Act. Employment Equity Act. Labour Relations Act. Promotion of Access to Information Act.
• Skills: Data integrity & Management. Data Gathering, Analysis. Data/Record Management. Computer Literacy. Interpersonal Relations. Communication (Written & Verbal).

DUTIES :   

• Administer the filling of vacancies for the Fund. Administer HR Information system.
• Administer recruitment and selection activities. Safe keep HR records
